Small Miracles

When you think about the different things that can happen during the day, it really makes one wonder. One second's decision could change an entire day. How could God have made such a cool world? I mean, think about it. And look around you. See this picture? This is a picture of the way light reflects off of water. And to think, you go straight through the water, just causing it to go everywhere. The light goes throught the water without causing it to move...how cool is that!? Wouldn't it be awesome to be able to go through things without making them move in any way?

If you look at the stars, it is amazing for me to think that the light that we are seeing is actually years old. Years! That's how far away the stars are. It really makes one feel small...

What makes fire? I have no idea. Its just this hot, bright...thing that moves and crackles (actually that's the thing its burning). Its orange and red and yellow and blue and has the power to destroy but also the power to keep alive. Such a small thing, such a big job.

Miracles are all around us. We are told to look and listen for them. Sometimes,
however, these miracles may be most visible with our eyes, ears, and mouths
