Breathe.........

It's a hectic day, you feel like you just need to lay down and cry. Everything is going wrong--and you still have to make dinner.

Take a deep breath...and breathe.

It relaxes you, suddenly everything isn't so bad.

What is it about air that can do that? How does a combination of gases keep us alive? Why does nitrogen mixed with some oxygen make us feel like everything will be alright?

I have no idea. Maybe some scientists will say that it soothes the brain or something like that. All that I know is that when I am stressed out I will just....breathe.
